A count is only comparable if the rules match
One friend logs every support slot. Another logs headline arenas only. Their totals are not the same sport. Agree that a gig is a night you attended, then compare.
Radar profiles show gigs, artists, venues, and cities from logged shows. Friends who use the diary can see a real figure instead of a pub guess.
Shared artists matter more than the number
The useful comparison is overlap: bands you have both seen, venues you both use, a show you attended together. A raw total is a trivia answer.
Tag the crew on the gig you shared. That night appears for both of you, which is a better record than a screenshot of a leaderboard.
Keep it off the group chat
Posting “I have been to 80 gigs” once is fine. Weekly score updates are how people mute the chat. The diary can hold the number. You do not have to announce it.
If someone is not on Radar, you still cannot compare properly. Their Notes app will not match your venues.
