Alerts are inbound, diaries are outbound
An alert says “this artist put a date on sale”. A diary says “I was in that room”. If you only follow alerts, you have a shopping list. If you only keep a diary, you miss onsales.
Radar leans diary-first: Find is there when you search. It is not trying to email you every UK on-sale like a dedicated alert product.
Do not let alerts become fake gigs
Saving every announcement as if you are going will wreck your stats. Keep maybes as upcoming only when there is a real chance you will buy.
When you have tickets, the upcoming card should already exist so show night is a tap to past — not a new entry.
A simple split
Use whatever alert app you already like for “something just went on sale”. Use Radar for history, friends, setlists, and Wrapped.
If you want one UK app on your phone, Find plus diary covers the nights you actually live. That is the one that should stay on the home screen.
