Taste match, gig share cards, and a smoother festival planner

The latest Radar update is all about the social side of live music — comparing taste with friends, sharing the gigs you loved, and planning festival days without the clutter.

Taste match puts a music compatibility percentage on every friend's profile, calculated from the artists you've both seen live. Tap the card to browse exactly which artists you share — perfect for deciding who to drag along to the next show.

Gig share cards no longer wait for December. Every past gig now has a share option that builds a card with the artist image, your star rating, and your highlight song. Save it to Photos or send it straight to Instagram Stories.

Festival planning got a full redesign too. Plan Your Day now uses the same clean controls as the rest of the app: pick your days, flip between your plan and the full lineup, and get a clash warning before you leave if two planned sets overlap.

Chats are easier to scan as well — crew and event chats now show the event photo as the chat picture, with unread highlights and timestamps in a redesigned inbox.

The update is rolling out now on iOS via TestFlight and on Android. Log a gig, check your taste match, and share your next great night out.
